DO not go this place ever!!!!!! they cost me 900$ for inspection, after a week I got a big problem!

I would rather push my car down market street to another shop than let these criminals touch it. They wanted to charge me $1600 for an inspection and a radiator replacement. They also managed to find some rather mysterious things during the course of the inspection that they said were broken and needed fixing but no other certified mechanic thought they were broken. DO NOT GO HERE. These guys are absolute criminals. I wish there was a way to get shops like these shut down.

They cross threaded my lug nut after a state inspection. The other lugs were so tight I needed air tools to take them off and re-torque them to manufacturers specifications.

When our family was traveling two months ago in philly, our mini Van broken down. We went to one repair shop, they refused to repair it because they were too busy. We found this Firestone store and they found out that its coolant hose was broken. They did not have the parts in stock, but they did everything they could to fix it on the same day because we had to leave. The manager was very nice and helpful. It was one of our best trips because of their excellent customer service! Thank you!!!
