        This was my first experience filing as a widow. Even though I worked for the IRS before retiring, I was not confident enough to file without professional help. In my capacity in the Adjustment/Customer Service department of IRS, I witnessed enough problems from H&R Block customers that I knew Jackson Hewitt would be the right choice.
