Now, let me explain how unprofessional this place is. The secratary is openly rude to customer via dirty looks and language. After speaking to one Osama Issa over the phone he had told us to come to the location. 30 minutes away from my home. After getting here, said gentleman would not even come to speak to us. Whenever we went into the store he ran into the back of the store. After bringing the material they had asked for, not what was told on the phone, they still continued to give an attitude and act lile we did something wrong, not exactly what we told to do. The secratary refused to give her name but she is right at the front desk. Hands down the most UNPROFESSIONAL location I have ever had the terrible experience of dealing with. This visit was supposed to be to get a new emerald cars since everything got screwed up but apparently not for us, however they gladly gave cards to other customers. Apparently H&r block at the roosevelt plaza does in fact segregate.

The Customer service was awesome very nice people and made me feel very comfortable. Made me feel comfortable there while doing my taxes. They are very respectful and kind and made sure everything was done safely
