I have been going here for years with Kyle who prepared my taxes but was recently very dissatisfied as he suggested that I allow his office to take his fee out of my taxes without sharing it would be a charge. He later lied and said he tells this to all customers. He conveniently ignored my emails and calls when I discovered the misleading and afterwards when I mentioned Better business bureau he then agreed to return my money. It's shameful of this action and was highly offended of the insult . I hope he can do better and not try this with other customers. Owner just replied to cover up what was done to me . I suggest you make sure that the tax preparer is operating with integrity. Kyle does not have any integrity.

The most loyal and best Tax preparation business Ive ever experienced !!!! Everyone that works here is very knowledgeable and friendly.. its the same people every year! That says a lot about how there employees feel working here! Ive been a customer for over 25 years!! They mean what they say!
