        I would never use Norris Tax Services again due to bad communication, long wait for my taxes to be completed. I took my paperwork in April 14, 2022 and I have yet to receive my refund(its almost September). I reached out to IRS and they told me it was a delay due to negligence of Tawann (Norris Tax Services).
