If youd like to experience the worst customer service, have at it. Been trying to resolve an issue for 2 months where they sent the completely wrong product (got a Steelers jersey instead of a Phillies jersey). It takes them 2+ weeks to get email responses, far exceeding their stated service level. Cant call anyone, not even the brick and mortar place in Philly (this was an online order). You know its bad when the phone message for the store informs callers multiple times that they dont deal with online order inquiries. You would think they would like to delight their customers instead of frustrating them beyond belief including ripping them off by not refunding the shipping costs incurred on an item they didnt order. Im still out $28 and never had anyone offer to send me the correct item or make me completely whole. I will actively advise friends and family to avoid giving M&N any business. Its a shame.
