Overall, I had an absolute wonderful experience shopping at Off Broadway Show Warehouse thanks to the very kind manager Janelly. I was in a rush & had to get a pair of crocs for christmas shopping & she was able to help me order them online. She made the checkout experience quick & easy. Thanks again for the pleasant experience!

I dont have enough words to express how amazing my experience in this store was!!! Julie is the BEST, she went above and beyond. I purchased 4 pairs of sandals taking advantage of the sales. The 4th pair was not the exact size and she asked me if I was sure these pair of sandals would fit me at the cashier. I didnt even realize I picked a smaller size but she noticed it immediately. She said: you have a 7, a 8 and another 7. This is a 6, why dont you try them on again?. They didnt have my size so she called other stores, found them for me and shipped them to NY!!! She coordinated everything perfectly! Without her, I would have a small pair of sandals. She wrote a wonderful note in the shoe box that she has shipped and added 0.50 cents as this new pair was 0.50 cents less for some reasons. That was soooooo sweet!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Julie for your HARD work. They are lucky to have you! If I will travel there again it will the first store I will visit. :))) Mari

Hey Y'ALL listen up...I mean what I'm saying I went into the off Broadway Shoe Warehouse on 12/29/2023...well briefly saying of course I was bringing an Christmas gift back my daughter who's watchers her influencer off of Instagram brought me a pair of workout Black/White Nike they're cute ...but a Mother me lol didn't want them or needed the colors ...well I went to return them ohhh my I went to the register and meet this beautiful polite lady who's name is Janelly...Ms.Janelly was so knowledgeable about the product and sales that was going on at her store ....she helped me out not only with ringing up my merchandise she went far and beyond her job title she came from behind the register and showed me sneakers that my daughter had purchased for me in different colors and they was at a sale price which also allow me to walk out of OFF Broadway Shoe Warehouse with not only 1 pair of shoes but 2 pairs I truly appreciate her kind spirit and her helpfulness and knowledge about her work...y'all must go in and please ask for Ms.Janelly to help y'all out ..I will definitely shop their again only because of the quality of service I received which made the rest of my day GREAT ...THANKS MS.JANELLY
