They packed up and shipped a painting across the country that really meant a lot to me. The person who painted it is no longer alive. The painting was very securely wrapped in paper and bubble wrap, and the box used to ship it had lots of tape marked Fragile on the outside. Both the box and the painting were in perfect shape. It wasnt cheap, but it was worth it! Big thanks to your team members for their care with this!

service is usually very good; staff are helpful...be patient on Saturday because it is usually a line "but service is fast and great!

Had frequented this business as customer service was usually good.  But stopped using when a pair if sneakers I was returning never made it back to the seller.  When I dropped off the return, the clerk told me to leave the box open and they would package it for me.  All items in that package did make it back to the seller but the sneakers did not.   When I tried to call UPS to file a claim, it was incredibly difficult to navigate and I never got reimbursed for the shoes that "disappeared" from that store.  There was a record of all items being picked up by UPS except the sneakers!  Unfortunate because otherwise I had a good experience here

This UPS Store is such a professional and chill place to visit! The store is always smelling SOOO GREAT!! Music is always pleasant and appropriate and the temperature of the store is comfortable! No long lines and everyone is fast and efficient! Theyre more than willing to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers! Staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! They always help me with any issues or questions I have. This has easily become my go to store! Theyre the best one-stop shop around!! Im always excited to visit! We need more places like this!! Keep up the good work guys!!!!
