Hi "Sky Net"Are you familiar with the horizon wi-fi box return process? I can almost guarantee you have no idea what the process entails. Therefore, your ignorant comment is a complete void. If the company of the equipment does not supply information for the return, we have no way of processing this with a "code written on the box." It seems to us that you may be the uneducated person here -- especially given the amount of grammatical errors and lack of punctuations in your comment. I'm genuinely curious as to why you think an ignorant comment like this is appropriate. By the looks of the 51 reviews you've written for other companies, you're hideously bored. Maybe find another hobby. I run my company with the smartest, brightest and polite employees. Comments like this are mere stupid. Good luck in your next attempt to associate a small business with your misery.
