The workers are all team players, never seen them argue or mumble towards each other, everyone had a job to do and they all did it very well. If one was falling behind the other ones would pick up the slack. It was a awesome thing to see.

The line was a mess and it moved slowly, but the end result was a pretty tasty sandwich made to specifications - much better than previous Jersey Mike's experiences. Yay! (I think I got bonus meat or something - my sandwich was loaded.)

This was my first time ordering from this establishment. I was curious to try out the subs I pass by every single day and for this to be my first experience, I was very disappointed, not particularly with the line servers, but more with the cook. He had a very bad attitude, and was annoyed when, the line servers were calling out the orders for him to prepare. I work in a restaurant myself as a manager and if I experience what I experienced at this establishment at my establishment, I would deal with the staff accordingly my cheesesteak was a mess and made in a hurry. I will not be returning to this establishment.
