Great experience, good customer service. I am always a bit shy about ordering things online and so with my first order, I made a small, inexpensive, purchase to "test the waters." I was pleasantly surprised to find that a human answered the phone when I called to follow up on my order, and one that actually cared about my questions, as small as my purchase was! I ordered a simple scribe (around $15) and it arrived within the timeframe promised. The quality was quite good for the price paid, and the item was packed well to prevent damage. I would definitely work with this company again, and have no reservations about making a larger purchase. I have to rate this company as "Awesome" and highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by Stortz and Sons, with my purchase of Snow Guards for my standing seam metal roof. First, their website was informative on both selection and installation techniques. Second, the questions I posted to them about installation and possible dissimilar metals was answered to me - via a phone call from one of the owners. Finally, delivery was in less than two days. I would have had it sooner had it not been incorrectly delivered to a neighbor's house. But, after telling them I did not receive the delivery, they found to which neighbor it was delivered by comparing the delivery photo with Google Maps photos - when others might have sloffed it off to the delivery service. Amazing! On top of all of this great service, I now have very high quality / robust snow guards.
