Had to get some slate tiles replaced and Lucio was very accommodating and gave a great price. I asked him to inspect my roof and a drain box since he was already up there and he was very upfront about an issue he found which I kind of suspected anyway. He gave a great price to fix those issues as well and he and his crew worked efficiently even in the heat. They were cleaning up any debris as it fell in my driveway and on the side of my house. I have had other roofers over-price me in the past but Philadelphia City Roofing is my only choice for any of my roofing needs. Service: Roof repair

Had a piece of aluminum come off in the wind storm, Lucio was out within an hour to remove it and setup a future date to completely replace everything. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.

I am so glad I found this company. I am very pleased with the work done on my house. My roof is beautiful. I will refer this company anytime I can.

The reason I'm writing this post is for excellent customer service. What has really impressed me today is that the contractor could not come out to give me an estimate due to incredible booking this October--and the receptionist told me this up front after double-checking the schedule. She went just that slight extra step for me--and it's made me a "believer", which is why I'm writing this. I already now trust this company. Thank you, Philadelphia City Roofing. This might sound quite mundane, but many contractors do not take the care to not waste their potential clients' time. No-call, no-show is a regular name of the game. But clearly not with this company. Philadelphia City Roofing wants the business, to be sure, but more important, they just treat people with the respect that a simple, two-minute phone call conveys. I got that call back on the same day (today), within an hour, which is more than reasonable, given that autumn is the busiest season. I would definitely recommend any contractor that starts off on this kind of a "good foot" and I will keep Philadelphia City Roofing on my short list for any roofing work in the future.

Our roof was damaged due to heavy winds and there was more winter weather on the way. The office manager Vera had the roofers out as soon as they could. The roofers, Lucio, Pete, and William were very professional: showed up on time, took pictures, and sent us a reasonable estimate the same day. They started work later the same week and took pictures of their progress each day to show us. Great customer service and wonderful work!
