        Big Joes came to the rescue. They were able to fix previous incorrect work (by different roofer) on drain spout, so now the rain and snow will drain properly. New rubber coat. And installed a heat wire in the down spout to melt future ice blocks. They communicate plans and prices. Showed up on time. Thank you

        Joe's crew came and went promptly with adequate notice and photos to replace my South Philly rubber roof. $4700 12 year warranty as long as they service it periodically. I recommend.
