Reiter Roofing

Another local company gave us an estimate based on a 1 minute drone inspection & said we need a total replacement. Reiter came out, actually had somebody physically check it & were able to fix everything without costing us a new roof. Their honesty & work were appreciated and well absolutely be using them for any future work we may need.

I first encountered Reiter Roofing approx 10 years ago when they were working next door to a house that i owned and one of their roofers took the time to help out the tenant with an unrelated roofing issue. At that point I figured i would give this company a try when a roof need arose. they provided a reasonable price and installed a roof that still looks very good and is performing well. From the sales staff through the install through the great follow up warranty service, they have really been great to deal with and very responsive. Thats big for me. I really appreciated how they returned multiple times until the minor issue was fully resolved. From my experience, most roofing companies dont. I would recommend reiter and will for sure call them on my next roofing need. i work in property mngt. John

The workmanship is first rate and the crew is very professional and courteous. They go about their business and, though it can be loud and dirty job, they keep the noise and mess to minimum. They try not to have to enter the home, but if they do they are mindful to cover floors or remove dirty shoes. We have a two part roof, and they replaced both on consecutive years during the pandemic. They have a good system for coming back every couple years for maintenance which extends the life of the roof and keeps the warranty intact. Good guys and they know their business.

I never got the chance to see or rate their actual work but what I can rate is their customer service or decency of response. I called for an estimate for porch roof soffit work about 2 months ago. The roofs under part was covered and soffit was impacted by squirrels which is why I called. Someone came out (nice guy) who took a look and told me I should remove underpart of porch roof and because of squirrels damaging soffit he told me I needed to get critter control to get some service done before they would even touch it. Told me to call when that was done. I even asked him for suggestions. Squirrel service came out and cost me almost $900. I called Reiter Roofing and told them I was ready for their estimate and told me someone would be out in 2 days. I called back in 4 days since no one called. When I finally spoke with the guy that came out he said he had to speak to his boss because "it might not be worth it to do the job" I explained that I thought they would be taking it considering he saw the work and also had said they could not do the job unless critter control was out. That call was on 11/1/23; it is now 11/27/23 and not even the courtesy of an email (which I left with the company on 10/27/23) to let me know they will not be able to take the job. So I am out $900, with an exposed roof and exposed soffit and not even the decency of a call. I wish I would have known how poor they treat potential jobs that seem a little too difficult for them to take on. Please be careful with false expectations on estimates before you take on their suggestions first - get it in writing.

I've used Reiter Roofing a few times and they've always done good work for me. They are very responsive and typically I've not had to wait very long for jobs to be completed. In addition, the cost is reasonable as compared to others. Highly recommend.
