After waiting long hours no body showed up to the appointment and no updates. They waisted my whole day. Very unprofessional.

Worst, most unprofessional experience of my restating career! If you are of NON WHITE decent DO NOT calm these people !!! Racism is alive and well with them! Guy comes in, middle of the rush, makes us pull out and unplug the grill only to take off the control panel and state Nah, I dont feel like working on this, Im leaving. And walks out the door! Tried to call the owner and of course he doesnt answer nor call back! If I could give you 0 stars I would !!!! Absolute TRASH!!!

GE arranged for this company to service my range. The stove top remains hot after the hot cooktop light goes out. They scheduled my appt., but the company had a cancellation and they were able to come out sooner. Kyle was my technician and he was very helpful. He called GE to ask them about the issue and it turns out to be normal for my model.

I was always very impressed in the past but will definitely go elsewhere in the future. Steve was Impossible to get a hold of, terrible service when you do get through to someone. Very very disappointed! Go elsewhere if you want FAST service.

Absolutely horrible service. Its literally a joke that they are called FAST. I called this place twice a week for 4 weeks to try to get someone to come out and fix my fryer. Every time I called they said theyd have someone out by the end of the day or tomorrow at the latest and no one ever came. I ended up using a different company.
