Be careful with this place - they collect copay when it should be fully covered by insurance. And the phone receptionist is the worst to deal with - he changed the stories a few times and had no interest to refund the copay or resolve the issue. There was no way to escalate the issue or report them (only one phone number available with the same non-competent receptionist). The practitioner Steve O seems nice but his acupuncture skill is NOT worth coming back. Overall a place to avoid if all possible.

Amazing people to help you through your health and self care! The environment is so peaceful and comfortable. There is so much offered at this wellness center. I love the multidisciplinary approach they use to make sure you are able to leave every time with great results! Thank you to Reboot for teaching me new things and helping through my journey!

Felicia and the rest of the staff at Reboot are wonderful! I went to see Felicia as an urgent referral when I developed pain and swelling in my arm. It turn out to be cording in both arms as a result of previous surgery. Felicias therapy has worked wonders! I am so thankful that she was able to help me. Felicia also had Shannon develop an exercise and stretching plan to help the issue as well as preventing it from occurring again. They truly care about their patients at Reboot. Thank you to Felicia, Shannon and the entire staff for such a great experience. I feel a million times better!
