The Regis Group

I've been going back and forth in emails for WEEKS trying to see a unit. Each time, property management took their sweet time responding. When I was able to get an appointment, they cancelled on me TWICE. I got a text message now saying they're cancelling again because they've rented out the unit. If it has been reserved already - STOP WASTING MY TIME.

The Regis Group has provided excellent service and is quick to respond to any request. Everyone is super friendly and Ive had a great experience working across their entire team.

Absolutely disgusted with Regis. The most unprofessional, nasty, con-artists who disguise themselves as professionals. Increased the rent 11.5 hours before the automatic renewal deadline on PURPOSE to lock into a higher rate, including a pet fee that wasnt there to begin with. They also are terrible to get ahold of and nasty when you do speak with them, and refuse to do any maintenance. Literally RUN if you ever see their name. UPDATE- They also commit forgery on leases!!

Moved out at the end of August and never received our security deposit! It's been over a month and the property manager, Vee, has been ignoring our calls and emails. She also hangs up when our call connects. No one answers the Regis office number either. This was not the first bad experience we had with the property management. In the past, they forced tenants to start paying an additional monthly fee that was not included in the original lease (Fee to use the laundry machine that was previously coin operated. This fee is an additional $25 per month). They also advertised an indoor protected bike rack but that space was moved outside in the courtyard to where bikes are exposed to weather. Mailboxes took over a year to secure it properly to the wall (USPS would not deliver mail for months). Avoid Regis if you can!!!
