Amidst a stressful year in 2020, Tim and Chris made our house searching, selling, and buying process a breeze. We decided to sell our home in summer of 2020 in hopes to upgrade to a bigger home, a nice outdoor space, and the ultimate Philly goal: parking. My partner and I had different ideas in mind in what we wanted but somehow ended up buying a beautiful home that checked all of the boxes on our lists thanks to the guys at Free City Philly. They were attentive, smart, and honest when bringing us homes to view and tour. They did a wonderful job listing our home under a very tight timeline and bringing in interested buyers with their marketing and Open House setups. They were quick, communicative, friendly, and most importantly made us feel confident and comfortable in a time of uncertainty.
