I initially was trying to locate a Philadelphia Realtor who called me asking to assist me in selling a family home. Although this young man had the same name as Vincent Mancini, I could not locate any information on him or his company; however, Vincent Mancini's realty kept appearing. I searched his name and company and read the reviews from others who used his services. He immediately answered the phone and went to the house. He proceeded to secure the residency and assessed the value. Vincent listed our home and, with the help of Gladiator junk removal, sold our home in less than 30 days. My father in law relocated from Philadelphia PA to Port Richey Florida, leaving everything behind. Thank you, Vincent, for helping us salvage our family home to someone who will make it beautiful again. This home has been in our family since 1957, and it was the childhood home to my deceased husband, deceased mother in law, deceased sister in law, and my brother in law. Extremely grateful for realtor Vincent Mancini who helped us buy and sell our home. He worked hard with us to help us find our home. Four years later we sold it in two weeks and every step was smooth and easy. Something that really stood out was that he was prompt with updates on the showings, updates throughout the transaction and always replied quickly to us. The closing was moved up 10 days early (which was great since we had already moved) and then closed exactly on time to the hour! As a former realtor in another state I can say that I am very impressed with our sale. Thank you, Ironman Realtor!!
