She got us the best possible price and treated us with kindness, compassion and patience, while being a incredibly savvy and knowledgeable. It was a long journey, but ultimately Janette found us exactly what we wanted and needed. She's truly the best!

I purchased my first home several years ago with Janette and she deftly navigated some of the complications that arise with buying a fixer-upper. After much renovation on that house and arriving at a point where I was ready to move on I contacted Janette hoping she could help me determine how much I still needed to do so the house would show at its best. She prioritized my list of projects, drafted a scope of work, connected me with a few contractors and referred me to Compass Concierge to help finance the final round of improvements. I was delighted to receive multiple offers on the property. Janette is savvy, resourceful and fun to shop for houses with as well. I highly recommend that anyone either buying or selling property in the Philadelphia area work with Janette Spirk as their realtor. I recently sold an investment property that was basically a very good house, but had several hiccups involving zoning, etc. All of these problems, which would have taken valuable time away from me to solve on my own, were handled seamlessly and with encouragement and positivity by Janette and her team. She got a great price for me for the property and it was under contract within about a week. She is a rare individual in that she gracefully and cheerfully keeps all the details in mind and under control. She communicated with me at each and every turn. My life is very busy and I never felt that I needed to worry during the process of selling this property. Thank you, Janette!
