We recently sold our condo at 600 Commodore Ct (Naval Square) in downtown Philly, and we would like to give a well-deserved shout-out to Phil Cavalcanto and his team. Phil is a rare combination of easy-going yet at the same time firmly in-control and able to iron out problems as they inevitably arise during the sales process. Justin made the process of moving and finding my apartment very easy. He was extremely attentive to my needs and toured several apartment complexes until I found the perfect one.
