Working with Neeraj was a wonderful experience! We just closed on our first home and he helped us navigate the entire process. We had been looking for a house on and off for a few years with other realtors and I genuinely wish we had worked with Neeraj from the start! From our initial conversation with him we were certain we had made the right choice. Not only is he personable he is incredibly knowledgeable, particularly with the Philly and Greater Philly market. Buying (or selling) a home is a huge decision and he truly wants to ensure that his clients are making well-informed decisions. He will give very thoughtful and sound advice throughout the process. He is easy to communicate with and worked at our pace. Both my sister and her partner individually purchased homes with Neeraj as their realtor as well. All great experiences!!

Neeraj has represented me for several transactions and I wouldn't consider working with anyone else! He is an effective and prompt communicator and really takes the time to explain things. I find him to be very professional and thorough and that goes a long way when it comes to making time sensitive decisions.
