Highly recommend using Michael as your realtor! After searching for weeks and weeks we finally found the perfect home for my roommates and I! I couldnt have asked for a better experience with Michael he was responsive even early mornings and late at night. He was on top of everything and explained in detail the steps of our renting experience. He was thoughtful kind funny and helpful! Being 3 younger girls renting a new property he didnt mind answering all of our questions.. and we felt very assured in the decision we made.

Michael was extremely helpful throughout the process of us finding the right place with everything we were looking for and then some, and also during the lease signing process which he organized and facilitated swiftly for us! Considering we are moving from Brooklyn to Philly during a pandemic, no easy feat! He was very quick to answer messages and questions which we really appreciated also. Michael is an amazing realtor. He is very knowledgeable and able to advocate zealously for the potential tenant. He really goes to bat for you. He is quick to respond to messages/emails/phone calls. Michael was very helpful throughout my apartment hunting. I found a place I liked on Saturday and had the lease by Monday. The fastest service I've ever received. If there was an error Michael would let me know no matter the time. I really appreciate him and his reliability.
