We are first-time Philadelphia homebuyers and didnt know the market well when our mortgage company recommended Abby. On top of that, we were looking for a home in Philadelphia from down south, so we would have to fly up to open houses. I flew in only one time total and I owe it to Abby. After the first phone call with her, we knew Abby understood what we wanted in a home and felt much more relaxed. Abby is so relatable and it was easy (and fun!) to chat about our must haves as a young family. We needed a bit of hand-holding and she spent so much time talking things out with us, weighing pros and cons, and gracefully guiding us throughout. The process took less than two months from that first phone call to closing because Abby was on top of every detail. She was always available to talk by phone, communicated super efficiently with the mortgage company and sellers, and knew the answer to every question. She never pressured us or tried to sugarcoat the homes and neighborhoods she showed us. She gave honest and expert opinions on everything. The home we wanted had multiple offers, and Abby calmly coached us on what to do the entire time without asking us to push our boundaries, and we got it! Abby has renovated her properties across Philadelphia too. So when we realized wed need to do some construction in our new home, she supported us through that step with her endless and fantastic resources. This experience has been stress-free because Abby has quickly intercepted every issue, big or small. Abby is an expert in her field, a rare gem in the wild west of real estate, and we are so grateful that we got to work with her!

Philly Property Group (especially Abby) was an incredible resource as my wife and I went through the process of finding and buying our first home. Abby was recommended to me from a friend as I started my home search in the Philadelphia market and I could not be happier with the way that played out. This was my first home that I had purchased so I walked into the whole process virtually blindfolded. Abby is very knowledgeable with everything from the ground up, In return I was able to learn a lot from her about that. She quickly learned what I liked and wanted, which really made it easy for me to put my trust in her. Upon closing, there are always set backs which cause a lot of frustration from all parties involved. Once again, Abby was very responsive with not only getting back to me right away but with working with the other parties to get everything straightened out. My home buying process roughly started in May and ended in early August. During the summer months, everyone is a lot busier with vacation, family events.. etc. Whenever Abby could not make it to one of our meetings, she made sure that her business partner Bob was there to cover for her. Bob and Abby work incredibly well together, without skipping a beat Bob would be caught on all my needs/wants. Overall, I highly recommend Abby and look forward to working with her again in the future!
