DON'T BUY. Zero stars. I deal with Moshay Laren. I just recently bought a house from this company. I thought I was going to buy the house of my dreams negative. It was beautiful renovations however they covered up all the expensive problems. This is my third home I would’ve never thought this would happen to me. I have only been in the house for 15 days. I had two floods, and now my HVAC system is accumulating ice around it, and Is it in the middle of the summertime. I just purchased this house for 275,000 I can’t even use the air conditioner. Do not buy from this company, period. This company put their house on the market prematurely without finishing the work. I think that is malice; I’m in the process of hiring an attorney as we speak; I can’t believe this is happening to me; thank you.
