Tried contacting the magazine but no response to the calls

I purchased a subscription from one of their 3rd party subscription companies in June 2022. After many back and forths I finally received my Nov and Dec issues however I never received my  Jan or Feb issues and I am now being told I will get March and they extended my subscription until 3/24. Keeps happening keeps extending WTF is going on.

Good God ... Could Sandy S. be any less boring? He's like a parrot. His concept of 'knowledge' is Googling a topic, posting it verbatim, then acting like he's an expert. He's known as a 'big fish in a small pond' on City-Data talk forum. He's not even a real Philadelphian. Anyway, the magazine is mainly geared towards suburbanites.

I renewed my subscription (check cashed) 5 months ago and never got a single magazine. I sent multiple emails that went unanswered. It was only after I called, did they actually renew it in the system and only then it was for 11 months. Beware!

I have renewed my subscription 3 months ago, no magazine yet! Every time I call they say their system is down. They were able to cash my check though. Oh and the system has been down, they say for 5 weeks! Joke
