the lady at the front desk needs to take a lap. she was so rude and so mean to people who are coming for mental health support??? shes trying a little too hard to keep them in business. the therapists are nice but I cant give this place more than 2 stars until that front desk lady gets fired and her (slightly less) evil twin, the security guard lady.

The female doctor working today is not fit for crisis or drug and alcohol treatment. How can a mentally impaired person or a person in need of detox benefit from outpatient like she suggested?? Please replace this place with better people like the staff at Jefferson Hospital. They care more about detox and mental health! This place is a disgrace and waste of people's time when they are trying to save their family members! Philly deserves better!! When a person walks in on their own they are turned away! When family members do a 302 the doctors are to lazy to help! I'm not talking about once or twice!! It's no surprise so many people overdose in Philly!

This place just takes up space! They need to close it down. They don't care anything about the people in crisis or the families that go through the trouble of getting 302 petitions. They let people go within a hour without doing anything for them. It doesn't matter if they are mentally ill and on drugs or not.. Please put something more useful in this space!!! If you want to stop the overdose death rate in Philadelphia get better resources. They are not just dying in Kensington. Earlier this year someone overdosed and died behind Lowe's Hotel in Center City just to name one victim!

They work against the family in every way its horrible. They are unkind and very judgemental
