After leaving an honest review about how terrible my experience has been with these people, I was "suddenly" removed from the listing. They "claim" that I didn't submit an updated form which is a lie. This place should be shut down or re-staffed. I guess you have to "be careful" about saying your opinion or you might be removed from the list

NEVER answer the phone I reached out to someone else for help she talking about I called the wrong number & lied talking about the phones work & that they answer at the property manager officebut yet dont answer.I called there like a million times every month nobody answers & they have it where you cant leave a voicemail. Took my money for the background check back in 2016 but still hasnt called or reached out about where I am on the waiting list. Very unprofessional!

No one there ever answers the phone it seems like. I called so many times. How can they be efficient here when they are not even available. Bad business. I hate to see how effective they are when someone's apartment needs attention. Wow.
