They seem put together and have a number of properties around Philadelphia that seem great to rent, but don't expect any actual help. I reached out to a Mike who supposedly sent my information over to his colleague. Waited a couple of days, reached out again where he apologized and said he would do it again. 10 days later, nothing. Weird to do this to people who are willing to give you money. I wonder how indicative this is of their management practices and property management. Steer clear.

HubKey is an amazing resource for property management if you own rentals in the Philly market. From renting to managing. There are a ton of management companies out there but not many are good at what they do. Hubkey is one of those companies that you can set it and forget it. Highly recommend Mike Goldstein and Hubkey.

Would not recommend Mike Goldstein as a landlord. Needs to know and act on the responsibilities as one. Have an unpaid judgement against (06Dec23) for return of due security deposit. Still unpaid to date (06Mar2024). Will have to take action with the sheriff.

Mike is incredible! He has helped me through the rental license process for all of my properties. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend him for all property management needs.
