Be warned, they will find any reason to deduct the max amount of your security deposit. Took off $375 of my deposit for a few nail holes in the wall (two of which were documented to be in the apartment before we moved in). Absolutely greedy operation. Horrible maintenance too, waited 6 weeks for them to replace a broken fridge. Avoid!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst property management I have ever dealt with. They are rude, unprofessional, tried to rip us off with moving out costs, and always demanding. They also said they would have cleaning services in the building once a week and I just saw cleaning services once a year. Please stay away from these people as they will become your nightmare.

Very shady, unprofessional, and unorganized as a Company. Took over our lease half way through and were initially very good. However, they did breach the lease when the required payment be made online (additional fee), and thereby altering a material term of the lease without consent in the amount to be paid each month. They were responsive and fixed heat that wasn't on at all, but was turned on in December/January. Unfortunately, the heat went out again and it took days for someone to come out, and when they did, they didn't fix it (illegal - violating implied warrant of habitability). Woke up numerous times to frosted windows on the inside. When we moved out, we left a month early but still paid. They were in a week or two after we moved out, still during a our lease term and started gutting the place. We cleaned (some of their mess as well), and moved everything out of the apartment. We requested a reimbursement for some of our rent due to the benefit to both parties in moving out (which THEY said was possible), and they flat out refused without any reason. Now we are in a struggle to get our security deposit back. We are being sent back and forth between people, and companies, to get answers. If they do not give back the full deposit and no itemized list is provided, they will be taken to small claims court and a potential class action may be had for their repeated violations of the laws regarding their properties. I would stay away from this company if possible. If not, document everything. We have numerous emails regarding the failure to fix heat and the failure to supply proper information regarding security deposit. This all highlights the disorganization within the Company. May edit pending outcome of security deposit conversations.

Shady!! If i could rate 0 or a negative number i would! Staff is unprofessional, rude, shady, crooked, thieves!! They have yet to settle my security deposit. Its been 3 months! They gave me a little more than half Holding the other half for an ac unit that was there when we moved in. An a chair they asked us to move out, which we did. They took over our apartment building with 2 months left in out lease and they were the worst! Turned our heat off with a 9 month old baby I'm the house because they were fixing something. It was off for over 24hrs and it was freezing. They won't send us an itemized report of why we didn't get our full deposit back. And won't return any calls or text. The apartment was in great shape cosmetically. Bo holes in the wall, no broken widows or appliances. They are gutting and completely rehabbing it anyway. Also other in out building were having problems with their security deposit too! They are terrible business people and take advantage of people who are barely getting by..struggling everyday. I also told them that they xould.keep 150 for a Portable crib that was left everything else was taken out of the house like they asked, which was only like 2 things. The ac unit was there when we moved in. Ughhh terrible terrible terrible! . We did everything they asked and did it how we were supposed to and still they are trying to screw us, avoid is and not give us any itemized list of why we didn't get the rest of the money. I would strong recommend you no rent off them!! Crooked amd unprofessional!
