I was shown one of their row house properties, 1027 Spruce Street in Philly. Although I didnt end up renting there due to scheduling conflicts, I found the unit to be clean, well-maintained and cozy. The location is great and theres a good amount of space there for a reasonable place. The leasing/property mgmt rep, Michael Gray, was great! He showed me around the property on short notice and went out of his way to coordinate my application process and get answers to the many questions and special circumstances I had around the move. Although I didnt end up going with it, I definitely appreciate how responsive and on top of things he was and will be considering Bay Mgmt Propeties for future moves in Philly.

I've been working with BMG for 2 years (they manage two of my properties), and and Al Cruz has been my property manager. It's been a pleasure working with Al. He's very thorough during property turnover, so I haven't had issues mid-year with maintenance. His tenant vetting process is top-notch so you can rest easy knowing you'll have responsible tenants. Rent checks are deposited early in the month and on time, like clockwork! And the crown jewel of working with them-- they are extremely responsive. If you're looking for a management company, or a place to rent from for that matter, contact BMG today. I'm not sure if you can request a specific person to manager your property-- check. If you can, ask for Al.
