I typically do not leave reviews as a business owner myself. Before moving in, the leasing team seemed very open to fixing things. For example, they replaced the carpet & reglazed our tub, no problem! Its been down hill since! The owner doesnt pay their taxes, all of the door knobs fell off. The microwave is broken & continues to get worse, the kitchen sink is leaking. When contacted multiple times about issues, they said they will not be replacing the faucet, Id have to pay $450 to get the microwave fixed & the door knobs are still off. Im sure Ive lost some at this point. Additionally, weve been stereotyped. We got a phone call saying that smoking marijuana is not prohibited.. we dont smoke, do drugs or anything like that. When we had our first snow storm of the season, they didnt properly prepare so it was an ice skating rink outside for an entire week. I DO NOT SUGGEST!!!!

Everyone was super responsive and professional in all my interactions and throughout all steps, from lease-up to maintenance to keeping the tenants happy to making all the numbers make sense.

Michael Gordon was a fantastic relator to work with. My partner and I are moving from Boston to Philly. Michael was extremely approachable, proactive and responsive. He would email me back (often within minutes) or text/call me whenever I had questions. He recorded videos of places along with dimensions of each room using a laser pointer. He even offered to see 2 places with my mom, who lives in Philly, so that she could also see them. After we applied to a property, he was able to out negotiate a competing offer. We are very happy that Michael helped us find our new dream rental!
