        AGAS MFG went out of their way on our order. Ward was extremely helpful throughout the process. We will use AGAS again & Highly recommend them!

        Ordered a Flag 10'X15' on June 20. Paid for 2 day FedEx. The item didn't mail until 5 days later, didn't get the item until 4 days after that. Customer Service told me it was "backordered" and "custom" though there was ZERO mention of that on their website, nothing mentioned in their confirmation email. They did offer a return on HALF of my shipping. Maybe they should use that money to improve their lackluster service. They're just looking to take money from people. Beware.
