Cant seem to open on time

The staff take unexpected breaks without explanation and leave you waiting for a long time. They always close before stated close time of 5 pm, usually by 4 it seems.

Easily and by far the worst post office in Philadelphia. They have earn and deserved that bage of shame...... they consistently closed the entire store, claiming the system is down. Now, I have paid for a PO Box at this location. If the system is down why is there no access to the PO Box? You don't need a system up and running for me to collect my mail. I deserve to be partially refunded due to limited access to my PO Box during what should be operational hours. I won't say every worker at this particular post office needs to be let go, though most, not all, have the most vile attitudes, but someone in management and/or general management needs to be retrained or let go. Cleary, this location is taking advantage of the public. Today is Saturday, December 30th and clearly, the branch decided they should get a 3 day weekend for diligence in getting out of work.
