Ankle & Foot Medical Center

April 2022: I just called them and although I had to wait on the phone a while -- that's not uncommon. My call did get answered, and the person was helpful and the call was productive. I now have an appointment. I just hope it's better than the other reviews that I've seen here, which I see are almost all two or three years old, like my previous one. 2019: I can't even reach them on the phone. No matter what time of day or day of the week I call, "Ankle and Foot Medicine is not available."

This place is a joke I scheduled an appointment and was pushed out about 2 months. I called several times trying to change the appointment but kept getting voicemails and no one returned my call. They just texted me saying theyre canceling my appointment bc the dr isnt available. I havent even gotten there and had a stupid experience, def wont waste my time here.

Had an appointment get here on time and it been an hour and Im still waiting. What the point of having an appointment when you come you still have to wait an hour and more to get called in the back and still have to wait to see the doctor. If you are late you have to reschedule but they think it alright to have to wait

Doctor was horrible. Got foot surgery done last year and problem didnt get fixed. He really thought he was gonna cut me open again in March. Such poor bedside manner as well. So glad that this pandemic happened and I found a way better doctor. If anyone wants a better doctor than these doctors please feel free to ask me. Ill give you the name and number of the doctor who operated on me in October of this year.

Bad service, bad doctors. I needed two other surgeries to undo their damage. Save yourselves.
