        Called numerous times to inquire about service and even went to the address listed on the website. Never got a call back or any acknowledgment. I was forced to give 1 star because it would not allow me to continue without a rating. Trying to support small businesses can be difficult at times and I was taught to not chase anyone to give them your money

        Rich was super responsive. Made the time to come on a weekend on a short notice. Took his time to do the job well, and test properly and also fixed a couple of other issues he notices. And reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended. Service: Drain cleaning
