Service was horrible, waitress was rude and too busy chatting away with other employees, asked my for a refill when food arrived, never got it, pizza was watery and unappealing, waitress never came back to check on us, would not recommend

Santuccis came highly recommended to my family and I and unfortunately, we were left disappointed. We placed a pretty large order that included pizza, steaks and fries and honestly, we couldve ate in. Not only was the pizza extremely cold, it was tasteless and SALTY! Three boxes of pizza gone to waste! The steaks and fries were flavorful but also cold, thank goodness for our air fryer. Overall, my family and I were not happy campers and feel that Santuccis really missed the mark.

Worst pizza Ive ever eaten!! I thought Italians knew how to make pizza but I guess its a name only thing with Santuccis. Pizza was so soggy that I put it in the oven and the crust still didnt get crispy lol!! They charge $30 dollars for a large pizza and I couldve gotten better in the frozen food aisle at any Supermarket
