Blaze Pizza

I always get excellent pizza here ! Unfortunately this is the place where I had the worst customer service experience. I order build-your-own pizza all the time there and i didn't realize how hard ordering pizza could be until a young lady started to take order here. This person is self-sufficient and rude. My first experience was when i found her speaking nastily to a young asian couple who was trying to order. She wouldn't answer nicely to any question that would help these first-timers place an order. She kept saying: "go read the menu!" So, to anticipate, I try reading the menu. But she had already gotten ride of the couple and was almost yelling at me: "what can i do for you?" Still looking for something to order, I asked her about the options. She sent me to the menu again. I tried asking a few more questions and she became upset. No other customer was waiting and she wouldn't help the couple and myself. Another African-American staff came to my rescue, showed me the options and in one minute my pizza was baking. My second experience, I found her doing nothing since there was no customer. I directly went to read the menu. But she started again: "what can I do for you?" I said I was trying to figure out what to order, as I wanted to try something different than the build-your-own. She asked: how many toppings do you want?" I replied: "I don't know, how many can I take." I asked because I think they might have specific packages with a set number of toppings. "You can take as many as you want," she replied. "Really? Can I take 20?" I joked. She circled "build-your-own" on a paper and when i said i don't want build-your-own today, she refused to change it. She asked me to go read the menu again. A different African-American staff came by, asked me : do you want some tomato sauce on your pizza, any meat, vegetable....? My pizza was ordered in one minute and i was happy. But I hate to see how miserable this lady makes people who bring their money to Blaze. She wouldn't change my order after circling build-your-own, saying she is the manager at blaze pizza on Lancaster. I love your pizza, Blaze, and I hope you get a customer-oriented "manager." I'll go there again one more time. If the situation improves, I'll let everyone know.

Went to Blaze pizza for Pi Day on 3/14. This was my first time here with my family. The store was packed with people but the guy Oz, he made the experience wonderful. It was cold that day, but he ensured that we were able to wait inside the store oppose to waiting outside to order. When we were finally able to order and pay, he sincerely apologized for the wait time and thanked us for our patience. It was an overall wonderful experience. If I had to go back for any reason outside of the food being amazing, it would be because of his wonderful customer service.
