Little Caesars Pizza

It's 52 mins and I'm still waiting for my pizza... If there's less than one star I will definitely submitted! I came n the store stuffed with people, I put my order online since 02:15 PM for 04:00 PM pick up. I picked my kids @4 n came directly n I found it like this!.. confused manager 9n the cashier ! He asked for my receipt like 4 times n other customers coming ordering n getting their orders while I'm still standing.. eventually I approached the counter and asked him that what's difficult in my order to take an hour? ..instead of answering he asked me again to bear with him and be patient 😌!!! Really???? .... it's a big zero for this new staff and management, it was my favorite Pizza store in the neighborhood but I'm done with them! I didn't mention that... no one was wearing mask!!!!!!!

I must admit I haven't ordered in a long time. So I saw the Commercial for the crazy calzoni. Needless to say it influenced my order. So when I called around about quarter to 4 I encountered a very professional person who happened to be friendly and courteous ! I wish I could remember his name! He gave me an estimated time of when my order would be done. So when my other half went to go pick it up he must have encountered the same person because he said the person he encountered was very friendly very professional and the order was ready at the time he gave. I will say this because of that person's professionalism courteousness and friendliness. I will definitely order from this location again. I hope I get to encounter this employee again so I can get his name and thank him personally By the way the crazy calzoni was every bit delicious as it looked in the commercia!

I have no idea about the people saying they’re unprofessional. They were extremely nice to me. It’s understandable that you may have to wait longer than ten minutes for a pizza when it takes 10 minutes to make it without having other orders influencing the wait time. The two girls running around in the store were kind and professional. First time coming here

Been here couple of times, poor girl there; pretty short, not hard to miss her. Told me 10 minutes, but was constantly running back and forth. I didn’t see anyone else, but her a bunch of times. Super friendly and professional, my order was perfect thanks to her- wish I had gotten her name, she most definitely deserves a raise. Only give 3 stars people need to be treated better and the place is too hot to wait
