        Therapy helped me a lot up to a point. my pain is back if I do anything. In other words Im not completely better . Needs to do alternative treatment. All the therapist and PTA who helped to do therapy were extremely nice and caring. Especially Bin, Bella &Aiime

        Had ongoing issues with neck and upper back/shoulder pain mostly from aging but a previous sports injury also contributed. Physical Therapist Jeff was excellentefficiently assessed my problems and came up with several strategies that really helped. After 2 visits Im already feeling 100% better and will continue to follow his plan to get me back to my normal level of activity. His calm and thoughtful demeanor was so very helpful. Cant recommend Good Shepherd at Penn Weightman Hall and Jeff more highly!
