I called to schedule an appointment and then remembered I had a prior matter scheduled. I called back and attempted to reschedule for the following week and April was unnecessarily rude and questioned my ability to come into therapy twice a week if I couldn't make time. I was taken aback at her indignant attitude. Needless to say, I won't be using Ivy Rehab for my physical therapy.

I needed rehab after left knee replacement. I saw a commercial for Ivy rehab gave them a call at Grant ave was scheduled with Brianna. She is very professional. I am very pleased with my progress after 5 weeks. I went to Dr's for 6 week check up doc said my mobility is coming along really well. I thank Brianna for doing a great job with my therapy. Can't say enough good things about her.

John, Chris and Briana were wonderful. I walked in with a cane and at the end of my therapy which took a few months for a bad hip, I walked out on my own. The staff is excellent. Very professional and helpful. They really helped me if I got discouraged. I would highly recommend this office.
