I bought the bather box, It does not work. I contacted the company and they asked for photos of my set up. I have sent multiple emails to get this issue resolved and I haven't received a response. Very poor quality product and terrible customer service. I'm out 600 plus dollars.

Our shop has dealt with the company, and Paul for over ten years. Always excellent service, seems like we have winers out there. Grow up, I worked construction all my life outside, it was hot and dirty. Cant handle a warehouse job, still living in moms basement?

Frustrated. As a startup mobile groomer, ordered $700 of product and equipment. I received incorrect product, I ordered 1 gallon of Tropiclean Fresh Bath pet shampoo and recieved 1 gallon of the Tropiclean Fresh Pet Cologne. I was asked multiple times to text them photos of the incorrect product. They said they dont carry gallons of the pet Cologne anymore. It's been 2 weeks still no response. Inthe meantime I still dont have the shampoo I paid for to bath clients pets.
