        Puppy came home w a 1.5 gash on her face. Mistakes happen but a heads up wouldve been appropriate. Cut went unnoticed for 3 days and Is now infected. She is stuck in a cone for at least 10 more days.

        I use to take my dogs here. We haven't been in about 5 yrs. I discovered that they leave the dogs is crates for hrs while waiting to get cut. Besides the long wait and crating I have nothing else to say.

      Hello Belinda - it looks like you were last here in 2021. We have been at our current location for almost 20 years and yes, we use crates. Crates are the most effective way to keep dogs safe and comfortable while in our shop. Keeping dogs separated in crates - versus free range - prevents dog fights, pregnancies and escapes, while also minimizing the possibility of transmitting diseases or parasites (fleas). The vast majority of dogs are very comfortable in their crates; most curl up on the provided towel and go to sleep. Wishing you the best, Best In Show.
