I have used Kevin Tinnennys service for months to have them come out and bait three mouse traps in my basement for a persistent mouse infestation. I was told at the initial visit that I would need three traps and I trusted that they knew what they were doing. I have, on occasion, gone down to the basement to watch the techs refill the 3 traps. Since day 1, I have paid $57 for said 3 traps: One at the back of the basement, one at the front and one above the basement stairs. Today, I received a text saying that my bill will be $83 for three traps. When I questioned the owner about the price increase, I was told that I was confused and that there were only ever 2 traps and none of the techs knew about a third trap. Interesting. I will not use them again. While other reviews have said that they are honest, this was not my experience. Im also not sure painting your customers as confused and stupid is the best customer service policy, either

I found Tinneny Exterminating through facebook neighborhood recommendations and I was happy to hear they would travel to South Philly to help me. Christy was able to give pricing and scheduling within 5 minutes of reaching out and I was able to have someone out 2 days later (probably could've been sooner if my schedule permitted!) Bill was professional and knowledgable and very communicative. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future if needed!

John was great . He's knowledgeable and professional. He's treated my home for the better part of 15years. He gave great service. Highly recommend them. Services: Home inspection, General pest inspection
