I heard a rustling at 7:00 PM in my kitchen and panicked because I did not think any pest control companies would be available to come that night. I called Baxter and a technician came out within an hour, located several entryways that mice could be getting in and began working on things immediately. I was so relieved to have someone come so quickly and with such friendly and professional service.

We took our time an evaluated 3 exterminator companies for our condo associations annual vermin contract. Baxter Pest Control stood out from the other 2 companies like a shiny gold cube in coal. I am impressed. Baxter Pest Control won the bid and if they continue the excellence in service, we won't need to bid the contract out again. Very, very pleased with the overall professionalism. We recommend.

I called 10+ exterminators in Philly and only Baxter responded fast, professionally and answered all my questions- Within 10 minutes of messaging them I got a response, a fair quote, and put down a deposit online for my appointment. They came the next day and fixed the flea infestation. Not to mention, they have the best prices in all of Philly. Everyone I spoke to was so amazing and made the whole process painless. I believe the person I spoke to on the phone was Kachina and the exterminator was Jonathan . I will 1000% be using them in the future for any pest services and recommending them to everyone I know.
