Great experience with a family feel. Everyone is down to earth and approachable. However, I am giving a special shout out today to Ms. Elaine aka Shorty. A class act! She is a pleasure to see when you walk up to the entrance; always dressed impeccably with a smile to match. Her conversations are thought provoking, full of humor, and nostalgia. What a unique combination this young woman adds to your team! Please appreciate the wisdom she brings. It is a blessing to walk by her desk and catch a glimpse of what genuine kindness looks like. Mike, Jill and Guy handled my wife's case with professionalism and a very caring attitude, We both felt very relaxed and welcomed at their office. They successfully handled a very difficult case where there were no witnesses, only our word to go on, this case was a huge gamble for them, as no recovery, no fee. They successfully negotiated a settlement for almost 3 times what the defense attorneys original offer was for.
