Mr. Drake, I have been compassionately representing my clients for over 35 years and, without violating any attorney-client privileges, here are the facts of your case: 1. At Carpey Law, it is of the utmost importance for us to maintain excellent communication with our clients throughout their case. We extensively communicated with you about your case for the brief time we had your case. 2. You chose Limited Tort coverage through your insurance company. Generally, my firm does not handle Limited Tort cases. We do, however, work with another firm that handles Limited Tort cases, and was willing to take your case. 3. I spoke to you by phone about this, and you confirmed your understanding and consented to the referral of your case. I confirmed this with you in a letter dated July 30, 2021. 4. Your case was put in suit by the new firm, discovery was taken, and your case went to trial. Unfortunately, you did not get the amount of money you wanted due to, among other reasons, the negative effect your choice of Limited Tort coverage had on your case. Your statements about my firm are misinformed, not truthful, and inaccurate. Your review should be removed by Google. I would suggest you change your Limited Tort policy to a Full Tort policy to avoid the issues you faced in this case in the event you pursue another motor vehicle injury case in the future.
