I came to Jimmy during a very difficult time in my life that my parents and I were going through. My father had become paralyzed due to a fall while under the care of various physicians and had become worse after subsequent surgeries. Jimmy was compassionate, understanding and gracious with his time as helped our family navigate through very complicated legal issues. He is a tremendous lawyer and human being.

I found Jimmy four months before the expiry of the prosecution period. At that moment, he said he was willing to take this case, and asked me to prepare the electronic version of my previous emails with stakeholders to him. I did. However, a month before the prosecution period he told me that he couldn't take the case because I didn't provide medical information (which he didn't ask for before) and it was too late. Also, he refused to settle it down for me and advised me to find another lawyer. I was so devastated by this sudden resignation that I lost confidence and was even desperate. At one point I decided to give up defending my rights. However, the dramatic thing was that in the last few days, I decided to sue by myself and made an appointment with the court. Before I really commit a sue, I found a third-party regulator to get involved and successfully negotiated with stakeholders and got the compensation I wanted. With no layer involved at all, I also didn't need waste more time in this case. So I don't recommend Jimmy.
