They double dip on payment. We parked there for 8hrs which the kiosk charged us $27 as marked on the sign. The highest charge was $29 for 12-24hrs. As we were leaving, we inserted our paid ticket to allow the gate and it requested an ADDITIONAL $10. How is it that the highest charge advertised $29, but we were charged $27 in total?

I will not even give a star to this place cause It's terrible. I mean you can park there, but around afternoon at 3 pm you will not find a parking spot easily and if you park anywhere where is there no parking lines, you would get a citation and if you do not pay it, they would add up another fee on it! And they do not accept the appeals on it whatever reason you have! Even if you work for the hospital that own this whole garage! They do not care. Very pricy and no customer service when it comes to money. However, nobody will tell about citations or anything until you get one and you are stuck in paying it even if you pay everyday for this garage. It is just a way to take more money from people. just terrible...!

Im rating it a 1 because at least I was able to park. I booked online and it seemed like a deal! I wasnt sure how it would work because I arrived 20 minutes earlier than what I booked so I was willing to find out. The price was actually $2 cheaper as a drive up rather than online for the same timeframe and I thought that was deal the option to cancel was on my email so cool. The problem was at checkout I had the parking ticket I got when entering paid at the walk up machine w cash and called the assistance button just to ask about a refund for my original online purchase(that didnt workout). So the lady as Im getting my receipt without my $ 4 change from my checkout tells me to call a different number if I want my change (sus. to me- but ok). The receipt literally says change shortage. Anyway I get to the gate thinking about how I still need to cancel to get my money back and the machine says my ticket is invalid. I call at the gate again with all the patience that I have and explain I just paid I have a ticket number and the lady looks it up and still questioned me about the number over $ 16.00 which is actually $ 24 to me at this point and I just need to leave w my two passengers.. so anyhow she apologizes says she can lift the get but before she does she needs my first, last name and phone number. At this point Im starting to feel scammed. So I said what ? For what and basically she says listen - if anything happens after she raises the gate they know who to call. None of this was required when I booked online. As far as Im concerned dont show up early to this garage or they will try and scam you.!
