Do not go here! Was referred by my PCP for eval and was charged 1500 dollars of facility fees because office is owned by the Penn hospital system. Never would have gone here if I had known, I recommend going to a private office that is not part of a hospital system unless you want 1500 dollars of extra fees added to your bill that are not covered by insurance even though you are in network

Dr. Soo is a super hero. 3 months back I spent hours searching for best ENT and finally selected Dr. Soo and she lived upto her reputation. It took her just few minutes to identify the root cause and her prescription helped improve my condition, better than expected. I've never lined up for autographs of celebrities but would definitely do for hers. Doctors are real heroes!!!

Post procedure visit at Penn Radnor office. Check-in was quick due to prior days' check in procedures via text. Appointment started on time and the RN completed all questions, provided expectations for the visit and administered nasal anesthetic expeditiously. Dr. Abboud was efficient in assessing post procedure status and continuing expectations up to full healing time. Dr. Abboud performed some required post procedure wound inspection and clean up clearly explaining what was being done, how it would feel and providing direction. Appointment was then concluded in minimum of time with post visit instructions and scheduling follow up appointment. All staff were efficient, very pleasant and concerned to assure patient expectations were met and all questions answered. Overall, a great appointment experience.
